Hi! I'm Janina Köhler,
a product manager living in Nürnberg and working remotely.

I grew up on the boarder of Germany and Switzerland, have lived for a few years in Argentina and have never stoped learning and growing! I can go on and on about moving countries and learning languages.

Currently, I'm a Product Owner working at Know How! AG, an EdTech company focusing on corporate learning. Before, I worked at a language learning startup in Berlin as well as in teacher education.

My expertise lies in creating digital products and applications for learning, my passion is in solving problems, moderating productive discussions, and fostering a team mentality for continued growth. I believe that the success of a project is based on good collaboration.


On the side, I work as a webdesigner and help others bring their project online. I've launched a website for a school and have helped several couples organize their wedding more efficiantly by creating their individual website.

I see every business, every user group and every team as community. In order to work as a group, we need a shared vision and come up with a specific code to that group. Stakeholders, teamwork, diversity, equal respect

User-centred innovation

Focusing at who is at the center of a digital product is crucial. For me, with a background in community and social sciences, this focus comes naturally.

Lifelong learning

I'm always eager to expand my horizons through continuous learning. I believe there is always more to discover and I am committed to growing, developing and improving my skills.

Focus on detail

Details are important and can spark the best ideas and solutions. I like analyzing all the information and listening to all stakeholders before taking action.

Empathy and Kindness

Having lived in many different countries and working as a primary school teacher, I found empathy, kindness and tolerance to be indispensable and one of the main pillars for collaboration and community.

Resourcefulness

What is the most simple solution for our problem? This question can make me very creative.
